Geoff Cowley Trail offers adventurers a unique opportunity to witness the dramatic contrasts and harmonious co-existence of two distinct ecosystems within a single trek. Beginning amidst landscape adorned with a tapestry of fynbos vegetation, the trail immerses hikers in a world of wildflowers, aromatic shrubs, and diverse plant species. As the trail gradually descends toward the coastline, the landscape undergoes a remarkable transformation.
The trail meanders along coastal paths, offering mesmerizing views of rocky outcrops and sandy shores. At the bottom of the trail hikers are greeted by the stunning bay known as Fontientjies. This trail is well-known by local fishermen.
